Gethes väg 6, Kalmar - Apartment, 1 room, 36.5 m²

Welcome to contact the agent for a viewing!

A perfect option for you looking for your first home, student housing or a guest apartment.

Come along and I will present the home in more detail!

Already in the hallway you are met by light from both the living room and the kitchen. There is room for both shoes and outerwear, and the practical wardrobe offers much of the storage often needed in a home. The kitchen has been renovated, there is good space for cooking and, for those who wish, a larger dining table. Here guests can sit down while dinner is being prepared, all without it feeling cramped. After dinner, let the dishwasher do the work while you relax in the spacious living room with its beautiful herringbone parquet. There is room for everything you need, and then some. A wider bed, sofa and/or armchairs, TV and TV stand. There is also a French balcony to let in the fresh air and feel the wind in your hair.

Each apartment comes with two storage units. The shared laundry room is conveniently located in the basement of the same building. The association has very good finances; after the window replacement the association took out new loans but was previously debt-free. The association has 8 garage spaces and 53 parking spaces (150 kr/month), and all parking spaces have a separate queue managed by Riksbyggen. The newly built barbecue area is located next to the playground and is free for members of the association to use.

Here you live next to quiet residential neighbourhoods and have a comfortable walking or cycling distance to beautiful nature and the sea. The area also has schools, preschools, a grocery store, and the hospital is within a short walking distance. You are close to the castle, the Stensö recreation area and Kalmarsundsparken. In addition, you have good cycling connections to the pulse of the city, the university and beaches. If your bike breaks down or the weather does not allow it, the bus stop is close by.
