Description
Welcome to Gitarrgatan 1, a stylishly renovated and very well-planned gable-end two-room apartment of 57.4 sqm with generous social spaces, lovely natural light and a large balcony.
The home has undergone a tasteful renovation in which the wall between the kitchen and living room was removed, creating a modern, open floor plan. The result is an airy and social home where the kitchen, dining area and living room are naturally connected, perfect for both everyday dinners and larger gatherings.
The sleek kitchen features elegant, dark wood tones and offers generous work surfaces and plenty of storage. There is a natural place for a larger dining table, while the open connection to the living room creates a wonderful sense of space.
The living room is bright and lightly furnished with plenty of room for a larger sofa group. From here you reach the apartment's spacious balcony, which becomes a natural extension of the social spaces during the warmer months of the year.
Thanks to the attractive gable-end position, the home enjoys windows facing several directions and lovely light throughout. The bedroom is set apart from the social areas and offers space for a double bed and storage. In addition, there is a bathroom and a welcoming hallway with very good storage options.
In short, this is an unusually appealing two-room apartment where the thoughtful renovation, the open floor plan, the gable-end position and the large balcony together create a home with that little something extra.
A warm welcome to Gitarrgatan 1!
