Högabergsvägen 7

On the peaceful Högabergsvägen 7, in the sought-after Lindö, you will find this architect-designed single-storey house of 185 sqm - designed by the local architect Hans Rubensson. The house was built in 1975, and the architecture is inspired by the designer Alvar Aalto. Here, thoughtful design and nature-close living meet in a harmonious whole.
The home is characterised by generous, open social spaces where light is allowed to play freely through carefully placed window sections. The subtle level differences create a living and dynamic room experience that gives the house character. The living room offers a striking view over Bråviken - a view that truly must be experienced in person to do it justice. But the view over Norrköping is also magnificent.
This is a home for you who are looking for something out of the ordinary - where architecture, light and views interact in perfect balance.
Lindö is one of Norrköping's most attractive residential areas, appreciated for its peaceful location by the water and its family-friendly atmosphere. Here you live close to schools and preschools, beautiful walking paths, parks and swimming opportunities. The connections into central Norrköping are smooth, whether you take the car, the bike or public transport.
Welcome home!
