A warm welcome to this well-planned two-room apartment with a fantastic city location. From the Rådhuset metro station you are only one stop from T-centralen and thus all metro lines. In the hallway you are greeted by the apartment's generous natural light and a view over Kungsholmen that must be experienced in person.
The bathroom is fully renovated after completed plumbing replacement and offers a spacious shower as well as WC, towel dryer, vanity unit, washing machine and underfloor heating. The apartment's windows provide natural light to the living room, which is adjacent to the balcony and the kitchen. The lovely balcony invites you to a cozy coffee break or a glass of champagne at the stroke of midnight.
The living room has plenty of space for a dining table, sofa group and media furniture as well as storage. The bedroom is bright and pleasant with a large window section. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and cooktop; the kitchen also offers good storage options.
Kungsklippan, Sweden's second largest housing cooperative, is a popular and appreciated association with, among other things, several rooftop terraces. The apartment includes a basement storage unit.
For those seeking nature instead of the city pulse, the Norr Mälarstrand and Kungsholmstrand walking paths along the water are within walking distance. The charming blocks around Hantverkargatan and Kungsholmstorg offer a wide range of restaurants and bars such as Mäster Anders, Lokal Izakaya, Meno Male and Orangeriet, as well as grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and Systembolag stores.
