Description
Welcome to Lilla Norregatan 11 – a home out of the ordinary in the heart of Ystad's charming town centre. Here, in the historic property that once housed the Ystads Allehanda newspaper, you live in a home with history, soul and modern comforts.
The property underwent a careful conversion in 2022, when it was transformed into residences. Now you have the opportunity to acquire a unique three-room apartment on the second floor with high ceilings, preserved details and a sunny south-facing balcony – a perfect home for anyone seeking something with character.
The home welcomes you with a spacious hallway that makes a pleasant first impression. The living room is bright and airy, with plenty of room for both a sofa group and a dining area. There is also a separate TV corner that can easily be partitioned off to create an extra room if needed. Two restful bedrooms, both with practical wardrobes, provide ample storage. The kitchen is sleek with white cabinet doors, a stone worktop, generous work surfaces and storage. From here you reach the delightful balcony with sun for most of the day – a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening dinners under the open sky.
The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, making everyday life smooth and convenient.
Here you live in the middle of Ystad's picturesque town centre, surrounded by cobblestone streets, small shops, cafés and restaurants. Everything you need is within reach, and the train station is just a short walk away – perfect for commuters or anyone wanting easy access to the rest of Skåne.
A warm welcome to a home that combines old-world character with modern quality of life – right in the heart of Ystad!
