Nelinsgatan 22

Welcome to a tastefully renovated and well-planned home in the popular Söder area, in a quiet location facing a leafy inner courtyard. Here you are offered a home with a smart layout that, thanks to its well-thought-out floor plan, functions as a smaller two-room apartment with a separate sleeping area.
The living room/kitchen is characterised by lovely natural light that creates an airy and pleasant feel, with plenty of space for both a sofa group and a dining area. The hallway offers good storage options through several wardrobes, contributing to a practical and easy-to-furnish home.
In 2024, a complete renovation was carried out in which the home was updated with a new kitchen, a shower room with microcement and new fittings, new parquet flooring throughout, as well as new surface finishes. In connection with this, a separate sleeping area was also created, giving the home a more functional and clearly defined room layout. There is also a practical walk-in wardrobe providing extra storage. The kitchen is modern in design, with well-considered material choices, good storage and ample work surfaces for both everyday life and social occasions. From the sleeping area, you reach the home's balcony with views over the quiet, leafy inner courtyard.
The association is stable and well maintained, with a lush inner courtyard offering lawns, beautiful plantings and several pleasant seating areas. The apartment includes two storage rooms.
Live, enjoy and make the most of your home, just a five-minute walk from the city centre, or take advantage of the tram stop located right nearby. For those who study or commute, the location is also perfect, with cycling/walking distance to the Campus and the travel centre.
