Nougatgatan 10

Welcome to Kvarteret Tallängen - a new neighbourhood in southwestern Åhus, next to the golf course and just a short bike ride from the sandy beaches. Here, nine modern homes in freehold ownership are being built - two semi-detached houses and five terraced houses - created for you who want to combine the freedom of your own house with the convenience of a new, move-in ready home.
Two houses for different needs - the same feeling of quality! The smaller of the two houses, at 77 sqm, is perfect for the couple or small family who appreciates social spaces and an easy-care layout. Here you are greeted by an open connection between kitchen, dining area and living room - ideal for dinners, socialising and leisurely weekends. Two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, are complemented by a flexible room that works just as well as a guest room, home office or children's room. From the living room you reach the patio, a natural extension of the home during the sunny days of the year.
The larger house, at 88 sqm, offers extra space and flexibility with a living room with a gabled ceiling and direct access to the terrace. Here you will find a generous master bedroom with plenty of storage, two extra rooms suitable as children's rooms, office or hobby room, as well as a large bathroom with laundry area and a separate guest WC.
In Åhus, sea, nature and small-town life meet in a unique combination. Here you live close to services, schools and activities for the whole family - and with the beach just a walk away.
