Östergatan 27, Malmö - Apartment, 4 rooms, 147 m²

Now a unique opportunity arises to acquire one of Malmö's by far most beautiful and most magnificent apartments in the historic Wienska palace! Here it is clear that all renovation has been carried out with love for the home and with a desire to recreate the original feeling in combination with exclusive material choices.

The beautiful parquet floor, bordered by high baseboards, deep window niches, high ceilings, beautiful stucco and lamproets, reveals the building's origins. A modern kitchen boasts carefully selected materials as well as appliances from Siemens and Miele. Generous work surfaces with a sand-coloured Silestone countertop and smart storage make this the food lover's favourite room, whether it is an everyday dinner for the family or a festive supper on the menu. From here, double doors open onto the balcony, which is located facing the quiet inner courtyard. The apartment also offers three wonderful living rooms with a magical atmosphere that simply must be experienced. Here you will find a seductively beautiful tiled stove, a charming serving passageway and period-style sliding doors that divide the rooms. The bedroom offers both a WC and wardrobe en suite, and the spacious bathroom has a separate laundry area adjoining. All the rooms feel luxurious from the very first moment, and this is, in short, an incredibly representative home for the discerning.
The association's members can enjoy a wine cellar with an adjoining party room and dining area as well as a sauna with a relaxation area and a guest room for overnight stays. In addition, the location is unbeatable on a quiet and central address with proximity to Lilla Torg, Malmö C and all the best that the city centre has to offer. A warm welcome to a home out of the ordinary!, City, Malmö
