Plankgatan 26

It is not often that a two-room apartment offers this combination. Exclusively renovated, large kitchen island, walk-in closet, hotel-inspired bathroom and a monthly fee of only 2 188 kr - plus the greenery of Folkparken right outside the window. Plankgatan 26 is a home for those who want something out of the ordinary.
Here you are greeted by an inviting hallway with smart sliding-door storage. The kitchen is both functional and stylish with a generous kitchen island. The spacious living room allows for larger sofa arrangements and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom is light and airy with an adjoining walk-in closet for extra convenience. The newly renovated shower room is characterised by exclusive material choices and has a separate laundry area - a perfect combination of luxury and practical use! Two storage rooms also belong to the apartment, providing extra space for storage and organisation. This is truly a home that must be experienced in person to fully understand its charm and unique qualities.
Here you live in one of Norrköping's best housing cooperatives, with both low occupancy and many major renovations carried out in recent years. An environmentally conscious cooperative with solar panels installed on both sides of the roof. Shared facilities in the cooperative include a bicycle storage room, laundry room, drying room and mangle room.
Right next door you will find Folkparken, which tempts with beautiful green areas and invites picnics, play and all kinds of exercise.
Within a short distance you can also reach Strömmen with lovely walking paths, and along Kungsgatan there are grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and cafés.
Welcome home!
