Stallgärdsgatan 2, Kalmar - Apartment, 1 room, 40 m²

There are studios and then there are studios! Here we present the perfect one-bedroom apartment for you who are looking for your first apartment, are going to study, or need a place to stay overnight! Welcome to a space-efficient and smartly planned studio with a sleeping alcove, located at the very top of the building.

The floor plan creates clear zones for socializing, cooking and rest, giving the feel of a larger home. Light flows in from several directions, not least from the characterful roof windows in the kitchen or by the dining area. The previous owners had the bed where the dining area is today, offering the chance to watch the stars. The living room is large, bright and easy to furnish; here there is room for a sofa, TV stand, bed and dining table if desired!
or a workspace.

Riksbyggen Brf Hagtorpet is one of Kalmar's largest and best-maintained associations, known for its stable finances and commitment to its members. The association offers a range of added values that simplify everyday life, such as two guest apartments, a gym, sauna, hobby room and an association room available for rent. Solar panels were recently installed to reduce common operating costs, and individual electricity metering gives you full control over your own consumption.

The location is perfect with everything you need close by. At a comfortable distance you will find both grocery stores and larger shopping centres. The area offers excellent transport links and nice cycle paths that conveniently take you to the city centre, Linnaeus University and the summer swimming spots. For those who prefer public transport, the nearest bus stop is just a stone's throw away.

A warm welcome to the viewing!, Skälby, Kalmar
