You live right in the middle of a calm, close-to-nature setting, yet only seven kilometres from Visby. The cycle paths there are so good that it almost feels like a moving walkway. Want to take a trip to the sea or enjoy the view from Högklint? No problem, it's just a short bike ride away. And when you feel like a break, there are cafés and cosy coffee spots with summer evenings and music within reach.

Then let's move on to the home itself, and we might as well start where Gotland living is truly felt: on the terrace. Here you step out onto a wooden deck that basks in the sun for most of the day, surrounded by fine trellises that create both calm and a touch of summer all year round. Above stretches an elegant pergola roof that provides just the right amount of shade when the sun is strong, and that makes you want to sit outside long after the evening has arrived.

Here in the spacious kitchen, it's easy to cook while the conversation flows. Thanks to the open floor plan, you can talk with your guests without missing a single pot on the stove. As we mentioned earlier, the sea is only a short bike ride away, as is the magnificent view from Högklint. You can have fika at the cosy Stiftelsen Fridhem or Café Cubanen, which also hosts music evenings, both within a short distance.
