Well-planned cooperative apartment premises on Västertorg!
Description
In the heart of Eriksberg you will find these spacious premises spread over 2 levels with consistently fine and fresh surface finishes, a low monthly fee and an ideal location on Västertorg.
On the entrance level you are immediately welcomed by a spacious and elongated hallway that runs through the entire entrance level. Here you also have 2 airy rooms of different sizes as well as a large bathroom. At the far end you have the stairs that take you down to the basement level, where you will find a very large and social room, WC as well as a kitchen.
The premises' two levels with a total area of approx 85sqm are distributed as follows (41sqm on the entrance level + 44sqm basement level)
Currently the premises are used to offer acupuncture treatments and other wellness services; the premises are also approved by the environmental office for foot care.
The space on the entrance level can be rearranged according to the needs of the business. Existing walls and the bathroom can be removed to enable a more open or altered floor plan.
Please contact the responsible agent Mateo Hampton Coleman for a viewing.
Monthly fee: 6 319kr/month. The monthly fee includes heating (via radiators and ventilation), water and broadband. The association has a joint electricity contract with IMD.
